Too... much... to... post...

We are back from 9 days away with all of Mike's side of the family at Disney World. Man. I'm not going to even try to travelogue it all. It would probably only be interesting to me and no one else, anyway! Instead I will post my favorite picture and video highlights.

Sunday after church we swam in the very warm pool at the house. After an hour or so, I told Megan to get out of the pool and take off her swimming suit. She did. And then she got back in.

I took to feeding Robby on the floor in the mornings, since I didn't have a highchair. Here we have Robby and Breelynn grazing on some pancakes the morning before Disney Hollywood Studios.

Waiting with the babies outside The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. That was one of a handful of rides I simply refused then, now, or ever to go on.

Breelynn and Robby didn't get the best naps that week... but they snoozed when they could.
Robby IS sleeping in this picture. It was really funny pushing him around totally unconscious in those sunglasses, it reminded me of Weekend at Bernie's.

Megan got some Minnie Mouse ears with her name embroidered on the back, but Mike hogged them the whole week!

She also got a princess Minnie doll, and most importantly... a BELLE PRINCESS DRESS AND WAND!! from Papa

At Blizzard Beach (water park) the kids enjoyed playing in the water, sand, and sun, but when Robby woke up from a two hour nap in his stroller he was a grumpy dude. Papa had the magic touch and was just what Robby needed to chill out.

Below: BEST MOMENT OF THE TRIP

At the Epcot World Showcase, Megan got to meet some princesses! She was shy at first, but those ladies are pretty good at drawing out the shy ones.

Below: Voices of Liberty singing at the American pavillion... I added this clip because of the part at around 16-17 seconds in.

After meeting Donald Duck in the Mexican pavilion, Megan soon fell in love with him. She wasn't shy to meet him, like the other characters. He made her laugh pretty hard while she was waiting in line to see him, because he was like rough housing with another kid. Robby was pretty attached too, and started to cry when we had to leave.

Robby got pretty sick the night before we went to Animal Kingdom, so I stayed home with him that morning. About halfway through the day he was doing a bit better so Mike came and got us. On the way into the park to find everyone else, we ran into Timon! Robby had no clue who he was, but loved him all the same.

After Animal Kingdom closed, we were moseying on out and got pictures taken in front of Expedition Everest. Mike and I are like drenching wet from Kali River Rapids. Yes, Mike was "chosen" by the falls.

Megan got to wear her princess dress to the Magic Kingdom on our last day in the parks. Aunt Chelsea styled her hair in a graceful princess-do. Somehow wearing a princess dress made her much less shy that day.

Robby really liked meeting Goofy in Frontierland. I swear.

Megan was a big fan of the carousel-- she went on it three times!

Robby was pretty much clueless, but was happy to be there.

Megan in front of Snow White's Scary Adventure. After that ride, she kept asking if all the rides were going to be dark. She also always wanted to know if there were going to be any drops or splashes.

Robby and Christian got placed in the same cell as Emperor Zurg for abusing the baby-swap pass to send the same people on the same ride twice. Robby was a compliant co-conspirator.

Princess Megan on her chariot outside the castle.

It was HOT the day we were at the Magic Kingdom, and the sun was bright, so it was hard to get a shot where could actually look up at the camera.

Mike and Papa outside the Winnie the Pooh ride. The line was like an hour long, and I'm still trying to figure out why...

I guess Mike isn't the foreordained King of All England...

On our trip we got a ton of fun souvenirs, but I think they will get their own post because I haven't taken any pictures of them yet!

Thank you to Papa Nort for being our Disney sugar daddy, and to Nana Nort for being his secretary and treasurer!
We know it was no small feat to plan and execute this vacation, and on behalf of the CTGTDW2K13, we thank you (inside joke).

Committee to Go to Disney World 2013. Am I correct?

I can tell you had an awesome time. Wow! Nine days in Florida.

I like the picture of Mike trying to pull the sword out of the stone. Ha ha!

Looks like a lot of fun! That pic of you and Robby: He's really looking like you! OH and that one of Robby hugging Timone is FREAKIN' ADORABLE!!!
oh yeah, and the group pic where you're shirt is wet... when small it looked like shadows. For an instant I thought you had a baby belly I'd not heard about and was like "FFFSHAAW!?!?!?" when clicked on the belly flattens. Doi..

I love all the pictures. The first picture of Megan has to be my favorite but I love all of them. I am totally jealous of your much needed family vacation. I am sure the memories will last forever!
