The grill

I have been a grilling fool the last few days! There is something so convenient and delicious about grilling food... it makes any dish special! And it doesn't heat up your already hot house! Last night I grilled salmon. (Walmart has these really cheap individually sealed salmon fillets that they sell in their frozen seafood section... it's like $4.50 for 1 lb of salmon fillets. Totally good.) So here's what we had tonight. Grilled vegetable kabobs with zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and eggplant basted with garlic, rosemary, and butter. Mmm! And grilled green peppers with mozarella topped with italian seasoning. Double Mmm!

It's okay to be jealous.
