Poor sweet Mike, try though he may, he sometimes comes back with one or two things that aren't exactly right when he does the grocery shopping for me (usually my fault for not being specific enough). This time, he had everything right... but the store was out to get him! And it is funny because we had a whole conversation about how I wanted tenderloins and not breasts.

You get out your meat cleaver and cut them with the "grain" while they are still frozen. That will get you pretty close to the tenderloins.
