We spent Father's Day weekend in Pennsylvania at Aunt Julie & Uncle Hal's, so I gave Mike his father's day presents and cards Friday evening before we left. He got a few movies, some ultra-dark hershey's chocolate (yuck! but he loves it!), and a special candy-bar card.
Mike is such a good Daddy for Megan and Robby! He is sweet and cute with them, but he is also a firm disciplinarian when necessary. And what a great husband! I was thinking yesterday about how LUCKY and BLESSED I am that he is willing to work so hard for us, and I just get to stay home and play with these unbelieveably cute babies all day (Mike calls this my "house-wenching" duties). I'm seriously getting away with something. So here's to all the men out there who embrace their God-given roles and make life so wonderful for their wives and children!
