Bubba

This is our Bubba.  He is a person!  When did that happen?  Here is some of the fun stuff he's been up to lately:

• First Words: nana (Sorry, not Nana... ba-"nana"), Thank you (gank-oo), shoe, uh-oh, belly button (beh-boh), peek-a-boo (buh-boo), diaper (bah-bow).  With those last three, it takes a little bit of a discerning ear to tell the difference. 
• Tagging along: He wants to do everything Megan is doing.  It is so cute how he is like her little shadow that follows 6 feet behind her.  Megan doesn't necessarily like it, however.  He loves to sit at the picnic table next to Megan when she plays play-doh or colors. 
• Playing ball:  He will throw ANYTHING like it is a ball, so I try to keep a ready supply of balls around so no one gets a remote control in the face.  He actually has a really good arm, for a little guy!  He also loves to catch a ball if you roll it to him. 
• Eating everything under the sun:  He is completely off baby food, and just eats whatever we eat! It is very nice to be able to just cut up a bunch of food and leave it in front of him, knowing he can feed himself.  He can even feed himself with a fork, with certain foods.  My only complaint is that he eats too fast, and he is done and whining for more before I even sit down to eat my own food!
• Giving kisses:  Robby gives the best kisses!  And he gives them out without being asked!  He walked up to a stuffed animal in their bucket yesterday and kissed it straight on the mouth, then walked away.  When Megan is sad, he comes up to her and tries to kiss her... but usually it just makes her freak out more because he has to sort of lean/climb on her to get to her head to plant the kiss. 
• Calling after Daddy: When Robby gets up in the morning, the first thing he says to me is "Dada," and points to the door.  Then it's all day waiting for Daddy to get home until we hear the backdoor close, at which point Robby toddles for the kitchen waiting for his Dad to pop through the door.  Robby loves his Daddy! 

Our Rob-O is the cutest, sweetest little man chub!  He is so easy... we love him to death!
